PPDAA Team led by the Acting Chairman of the Board, Hon. Ayii Bol Akol (second from right) on 21st February 2025 met His Excellency Emannuel Primo Ukelo (in the middle), the Governor of the Western Bahr El Ghazal State  to brief him on the planned Dissemination Workshop on the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act 2018, Regulations and Standard Bidding Documents scheduled to take place in the Town of Wau for five days from 24th to 28th February 2025. On the left of HE the Governor is Hon. Josephene Mario Ali, the Minister of Finance, Planning and Investment. The Workshop is targeting 43 members of the Procurement Committees from the States of Western Bahr El Ghazal, Warrap and Lakes; and Abyei and Ruweng Special Administrative areas. It will be officially opened on Monday 24th February 2025 by H.E the Governor of Western Bahr El Ghazal State.

This is a second workshop for members of Procurement Committees for States and Special Administrative Areas. The first Workshop which attracted 29 participants was attended by members of Procurement Committees for Eastern Equatoria, Westen Equatoria and Jonglei States and was held at Trust Guest House at Torit from 3rd to 7th February 2025.
